Note: We will make every effort to ship paintings ordered from the Randall M. Hasson Online Gallery within 30 days of receiving your credit card approval or payment. If we should run into difficulty shipping within this period, we will promptly contact you for further information or let you know the new estimated shipping date. All sales are final. Please note that we permit the return of products only in the following circumstances:
If a product you ordered is defective due to shipping damage or manufacturing defects, the Randall M. Hasson Studio will replace the product. If you believe your purchase is defective, please call us at (858) 792-0902 within the first thirty days of your purchase. If we authorize the return, you will receive a product return authorization. We will arrange for shipping at our expense.
Wrong Items Shipped
If you receive items you did not order, call (858) 792-0902. You will receive authorization to return the product for an exchange. We will arrange for shipping at our expense.
If you want to cancel an order placed via the Randall M. Hasson Online Gallery, or if you cannot remember how it was placed, all you need to do is send us an e-mail or call us. Be sure to include your name, e-mail address, order confirmation date (if available), and the product you want to cancel. If you want to change the quantity of an item, please tell us. Please e-mail us at email@example.com or call us at 1-858-792-0902 as soon as possible if you want to cancel or change your order. We cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
The Randall M. Hasson Online Gallery accepts Visa and MasterCard. Your credit card will be charged when your custom order is placed.
Sales tax will apply to your purchase from the Randall M. Hasson Online Gallery at the rate in effect at the shipping address. The proof of purchase will include any applicable sales tax.
Shipping Information You can choose from three shipping methods: Ground, Second Day, or Next Day. Orders shipped Ground Service should arrive 3-7 business days after shipping. Orders shipping Federal Express should arrive 1-2 business days after shipping.
The price you will be charged is the price shown on the day that you place your order, plus applicable sales tax and shipping charges. The Randall M. Hasson Studio reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at the Randall M. Hasson Online Gallery at any time.
Some products may be available in limited quantities. The Randall M. Hasson Online Gallery will notify you of limitation on product availability and purchasing. This information is subject to change.
If we cannot ship within thirty days from the date the Randall M. Hasson Online Gallery receives your payment, we will notify you by mail and provide more specific information.
All new Randall M. Hasson Studio products carry a thirty day Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
